Privacy

This page is run by Edwin Morren (DJ LaMore), the Netherlands. Questions or a request to see or delete your data: info@djlamore.com.

Your email address. If you sign up, I store your address, the date, your country (worked out from your IP address; the IP address itself is not stored) and which page you signed up on. You first get one mail to confirm, and at most two reminders if you don't. Only after you tap that link do you get mail: one message when a new track is out. Nothing else, and your address is never shared or sold.

How long. Until you unsubscribe, with the link in every mail. Your address is then removed straight away. Addresses that are never confirmed are deleted after 30 days.

No cookies, no trackers. This page sets no cookies and loads nothing from other companies. I count how often each button is tapped, without storing who tapped it or your IP address. For each visit I also note the country, worked out from your IP address at that moment; the IP address itself is never stored.

Meta ads. If you came here through an ad on Instagram or Facebook, the link contains a click ID from Meta. When you then tap Play, my server sends that click ID to Meta, with the time and which ad it was, so Meta can tell which ad works. Nothing else: no name, no email address, no IP address, no device details, and nothing is stored on your device. The click ID is deleted from my server after 14 days. Don't want this? Open djlamore.com directly instead of through the ad, or email info@djlamore.com with any question or objection.

Legal basis for the mailing list: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time. You can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
